From purchasing the chosen plan and developing the website, online store, and other customizations requested by the customer.
Creation
The annual amount paid for the premium package and email services is 1 (one) year of subscription.
This plan entitles you to a customized website, as follows:

Automatic backups. Automatic daily backups allow you to restore previous versions of your website at any time.

In addition, we offer other services, such as IT consultancy, digital marketing, computer maintenance contracts, among others, and all with the same objective: to democratize commerce and financial services in the region.
Content
It is agreed between the parties that the creation of the website's content will be the responsibility of the contractor. It is important to highlight that all requests for insertion, changes and/or maintenance must be made through the LM Consultoria e Serviços de TI website (www.lmconsultoriati.com/projetos), in the Project Manager menu, specifically for customers where the support team will analyze demand.

The following are considered extra services contracted separately and budgeted according to their complexity:

Structure
Some areas of the structure cannot be changed, as they compromise the original idea, the facilities and benefits of the plans.
If the CLIENT needs a restructuring or adaptations of these areas, they may be, but they will be considered as extra services, contracted separately and budgeted according to their complexity.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by current legislation. Any controversy arising from its application, interpretation, execution or validity will be submitted to the Court of the District of São Paulo-SP, except for complaints presented by Users who fall within the legal concept of consumers, who may submit such complaints to the court of their domicile , as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.
